Angel of Heaven; specifically, a Principality.
According to the Wikipedia article on the hierarchy of angels, technically principalities are third sphere angels that should be above archangels. However, in Good Omens canon, canonical archangels (Gabriel, Michael, Uriel) are actually Aziraphale's superiors. We do not know of other possibly changes to spheres, despite the presence of two other angels.

There are some fandom headcanons that Aziraphale could be a former cherub, as they are stated, in theology, to have been the actual guardians of the Garden of Eden. I personally don't play this headcanon and play him as always having been a principality.

As an angel, Aziraphale doesn't actually have a gender. He is canonly only seen presenting as male and going by He/Him pronouns. Unless stated otherwise, you can safely assume this as default. This may change!

Unless otherwise stated, Aziraphale keeps this look and this outfit. Besides any plot reasons, outfits may vary during time period, but he usually keeps his corporation. I will play him with different looks, but I'll describe as much.

✦Fashion
(Refer to "Visual")
Aziraphale, in modern human standards, always seems to dress a little bit out of time. This seems to have started early on his time on Earth, including Mesopotamian times. His attire is almost always high end fashion regardless of the time period.
Presently, between the early 2000s and 2019, he's seen wearing an outfit mostly taken out of the Victorian era, the more modern item seemingly being his bow (not seen during the 1960s). Pictures shown in the Visual field.
✦Olfactory
Non-magical: Cologne, mainly. Possibly dust and old books/leather. Tea, cocoa, sweets. (Headcanon that he smells like petrichor if there's any extensive use of angelic powers.)
Magical: He's an angel, so if your character can smell angels, then there you go! That may vary by character.
✦Demeanor
Aziraphale immediately comes off as very polite, very posh, and rather soft spoken. He holds himself rather straight, impecable posture, and seems rather approachable for the most part. Sometimes a tad anxious and nervous.
He will easily listen to someone's troubles and is rather softhearted and kind, even to a fault. He seems to have trouble reading sarcasm, to know when he's being lied to or manipulated, and to take indirect hints.
He can also be a little petty if the situation calls for it, but usually that's reserved to more personal conversations and interactions (read: with Crowley).
Sometimes he's rather impulsive, specially in stressful situations, pushing right through the anxiety and taking rather drastic measures.
Will sometimes talk with his hands, though he's got the habit of keeping them still. Fidgets and paces when nervous.

It's sort of difficult to imagine what an angel's mind must look like! While Aziraphale is very human-like, I'm sure the inside of his mind is not. So who knows what cosmic energies one might find in there. Good luck.

An angel! Who can do literal miracles and rides around in a Heaven-given corporation (well, not anymore, but that's spoiler territory).
To characters that can sense supernatural energies, he'll surely feel very powerful. To those who can specifically sense angelic or holy energy, it'll be very clear. If your character can sense something but doesn't quite know what an angel like Aziraphale is, we can probably find a middle ground that works for them.
Aziraphale's main canon power is the ability to literally create miracles. The limits of this power, if any, are never truly explained, beyond those of the emotional/mental variety of the character himself.
Canonly, between the several versions of the story, he's seen and implied to do all sorts of things, from miracling up objects, to reviving dead animals, to setting paper on fire, to stopping a baby stroller in its tracks, to creating smells, to even controlling humans directly (by giving them the idea of something they forgot to do, or making them wake up from from being frozen in place with no memory of the events just seconds ago), or even teleporting them somewhere so unspecific even he doesn't know where it is. There's really no explicit limitations to this.
Aziraphale can also do things like sense/smell demonic beings, and sensing the feeling of Love (beyond just the romantic), to the point it can stagger him if it's too powerful.
He can heal wounds and create light.
He can possess humans when he's incorporeal, and even trade corporations with other creatures like him.
Gathering from what other angels and even demons can do, one can assume that Aziraphale can also: teleport himself, turn any size, change his shape, etc.
He doesn't actually have physical limitations, but sometimes forgets. Call it Earthly influence.
Having fought in a war and even, possibly, led some angelic troops, it's safe to assume he's also at least somewhat experienced with sword fighting.
As an angel, he is weak to Hellfire (will actually fully destroy his essence) and possibly other demonic things.
( Seeing as his powers and immense and quite vague, we can discuss what they entail as it's relevant to any plots.)

Sure. He will react accordingly, which, unless he's in a relationship with the character, will probably be polite surprise.

Yes. He will probably not notice for the most part and take things a tad too literally. Unless he's already in a relationship with the character, he might be uncomfortable with very blunt flirting when he notices.

Lets discuss it. Trying to mind-read an angel might royally h*ck up a character that isn't at the same level of power, and even those that can handle it, it's probably a weird mess in there.

He's not exactly a weak creature, so lets keep that in mind. Lets plot it out.
✦Possible character-based triggers
He's an angel, so there's the whole theology thing and discussion of religions, events, etc. Also Heaven in Good Omens relies a lot on a fear and indoctrination angle, so it might come up, mostly in descriptions (as opposed to character lines).
Aziraphale also lived through all of human history (from a creationist perspective) and has seen a lot of things, which he won't see as much horror as a human would. I will always try to keep it respectful from a player/mun angle, but like the other subjects, it may come up. If anything that's said makes you uncomfortable, feel free to tell me and I'll edit/delete as preferred.

I really only ship him with Crowley, which ever version that might be (show/book/radio), and occasionally alude at a possible romantic involvements with other people (rarely), but otherwise am not really interested in other ships. But feel free to make suggestions.

Myep. Do keep in mind that I play him (by default) as not having a *particular* active running interest on it nor having had experience in the past. This goes for the canon version and can easily be adapted to different plots. I do also play him as being rather open to experimenting with things once this becomes part of his romantic life! I write him as something close to asexual/demisexual.
He also doesn't usually keep genitalia unless it's relevant, and will vary according to however the smut plot might go.
All of this can be discussed and changed along with plots, and AU versions have different histories. Lets talk it out.

While I personally don't have subjects that will have a triggering effect, I mostly ask for respect. Rather not play any threads that refer recent real world tragedies, but you may ask beforehand. This is a character that has lived through the entire development of Earth and there are even references to actual historic events in canon, but I refuse to make light of situations that hit too close to home. When in doubt, ask.
I understand the separation between player/mun and character/muse, so I understand that a character's views might not reflect the player's. If your character has ignorant or bigoted views on anything and it comes up in canon, I'll probably handle it just fine, but do put up a warning or ask me first, specially if we don't know each other.

Nita can communicate mind-to-mind (primarily with other wizards), but she won't attempt such without IC permission, so there'll be discussion whenever it's expected to come up.
Nita has not met any GO-specific characters before, either.

Curses and blessings aren't really a thing in his world. Although there is a running joke that he's been cursed by a shinigami, as an explanation for how he runs into murders everywhere he goes.

As mentioned above, he's just a very good detective. The only unusual thing about him is that he was poisoned by a mysterious drug that forced him to shrunk to the size of a six or seven year old.

Danny is half-ghost. He's kind of stuck halfway between being alive and being dead, and not even Danny is entirely sure how that works. Is he actually half-dead? Is he a ghost with a human body that never died? Is he a living human that just has the abilities of a ghost? Aziraphale is welcome to sense this.

Notes:
Lightning
- Technically branded/chosen by a goddess, Etro, centred around the white brand on her chest. A second goddess, Cosmos, has also blessed her. Both have a feminine feel, very crystalline.
- She has some sensing ability that will give her a mild clue as to Aziraphale's nature (it works on the FFXIII equivalent of angels), but she would have to actively use Libra to get it. Probably won't come up.
- Speaking of angelic equivalents, she contains a being called an Eidolon, which is basically a metallic guardian angel sent by the goddess to protect her chosen humans. His awareness can be sensed within hers when she isn't calling him.
Kumoko
- Contains a spark of divinity/the potential to become a god. Also very magical generally. Tastes both demonic and divine.
Gyousou
- Literally chosen by the heavens to be king, with an aura that his kirin can sense that may have some kind of trace for Aziraphale. Immortal!
A-Qing
- absolutely nothing of note. I'm okay with him seeing through her 'I'm blind' shtick.

~ Because of his CRAU Romeo is a shinki (from the Norogami canon). Basically he is a spirit who has been named by a god and is a weapon to be used for fighting a specific type of monster. In the English translations 'shinki' is 'sacred weapon' or 'sacred regalia'. So yes to supernatural, magic and holy! Azriphale can sense them that is fine.

~ He is a kirin, which in his world means he is a creature of the gods who exists to find the ruler chosen by them to rule the kingdom of Tai and serve them, helping them remain on the Way (following the rules of the gods). He has a bright glowy kirin soul (shown as a golden light) which other kirin (and therefore I usually assume other holy/angelic types) can see. Azriphale is fine to sense him.

Auras are a thing in Good Omens, as a character who is a witch can see them. But she doesn't seem to notice anything when she meets Aziraphale and Crowley. It's never mentioned at all, much less why. Only thing I can think of is that that there's another character whose aura she EXPLICITLY cannot see because he's so powerful and his aura is so big that she'd have to be in actual space to be able to see it. It may be the case for angels or demons but there's no canon info on that.
I'm fine with Taiki sensing that Aziraphale is holy/a powerful creature in whatever way. Maybe he's just really bright. Idk how Taiki sees auras or how they work in his canon so I'll leave that to your discretion

• Technically, yes. Phoenixes are aligned to holy as well as their Flames (a seraph's soul and the fire of an elemental comprise their Great Flame/Eternal Fire)

Glorfindel and Wei Wuxian

Yes, he is the Champion of the Valar, has the powers of a Maia (think Angel), and Evil has a difficult time being in the same room as him (Obv Crowley wouldn't ;) He makes no secret about being holy, though only other Elves know of his title as he doesn't bandy it about.

Well...that's an interesting thing. Wei Wuxian is the Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation - which is the same stuff Xue Yang uses, but he's much, much better at it. He can summon and direct Resentful Energy to do his will with his flute. At the point of writing this however, he has not used that power yet on the train. He also, like Xue Yang and Lan Wangji, has a Golden Core, which is used in regular Cultivation, though at the moment, his is quite weak.

That would be interesting. He was actually dead and the person whose body he now has sacrificed their soul to summon him to seek revenge for them. Historically, the job of a cultivator is to prevent the non-living from possessing the living (yes, it was a plot point when he came back!)

Rose Tyler (AU)

Unnatural in two separate but related ways. She was twice briefly a goddess-like being called Bad Wolf; essentially omniscient and omnipotent, she was able to see all of time (the past, present, and future and all of its possibilities) and warped reality to her will.
The second time left her as a fixed point in time, where her existence is basically a fact of the universe. Her aging has basically stopped and she heals and resurrects whenever she dies. She also possesses an excess amount of life energy because of this.

He was created to be the "Angel of Death", this means creating havoc on Gaia (The world he grew up in), but due to his twin Kuja, he was cast aside and thrown into the world of Gaia. Zidane + Kuja were both created in the world of Terra by Garland. Kuja was created first, but saw Zidane's power growing over his, got jealous and threw out Zidane into Gaia. Zidane was young enough where he didn't remember it at all until his group made it into Terra.
